Here is today's bacon experiment...
On the top is thick sliced sprinkled with chili powder, paprika, and a little cumin. On the bottom is plain thin sliced home cured with a little extra black pepper.
Gotta love the bacon tester job!

This one turned out very good! the "chili" bacon was a big hit :) the chili flavor offset the saltiness nicely without added sugar!
