As you can tell from the string of recent blog posts, life has become quite busy with the arrival of spring. The comparative "lull" of winter is over at the farm and we are getting geared up for our biggest year yet! (well, the first full year in "business").
We are just starting our advertising campaigns also. The first big bash to watch for is our booth at the 7th Annual Oregon Cheese Festival! That's right, we are getting a booth and will be there presenting the farm, and selling product!
The 7th Annual Oregon Cheese Festival is sponsored by the Rogue Valley Creamery in Central Point. It is a one day long festival with wine and cheese makers from all over the country, and plenty of events for all ages. There is also a farmers market style area where we will be. The festival routinely draws over 3000 visitors in a single day!
We will be working diligently on what to bring to the festival, it is in only 2 weeks! Short notice to pull together the biggest even in Little Sprouts history, but exciting and fun nonetheless! We will finally have a chance to meet and greet potential customers and raise awareness to our farm and our views on sustainable food production and health.
