After long last.. our chicken operation is recovering from the fire that wiped out our entire flock 2 years ago. We have the first products available now from the new flock.

This is a new heritage breed that we chose to go forward on.. Buff Orpingtons.  These birds are a nice blend between meat birds and egg layers.

The hens will start laying very soon and we will have eggs, but for now we have frozen whole chickens for sale. Not stewing hens, but chickens that can be used for most any chicken dish.

We will start filling subscriptions first, and offer individual frozen birds for sale in the online store as we build up a stock.
